This is a fun hands-on practical session. You are welcome to bring your own bowls to tune them up.
Sound therapy has been known to impact the sympathetic nervous system, engages the relaxation reflex, slows down the respiratory, brain and heart rate, and disrupts the pain reflex creating a deep sense of well being. It harmonizes the cells, balance the body’s energy system.
In this workshop, we will share the deep secrets and practical ways to use crystal singing bowls for self therapy and to hold space for light workers.
