    Join us for an exciting experience, integrating sound and yoga.

    Flow through your practice to the sounds of Tibetan and Crystal Singing bowls, drums and vocals. Immerse in a full Sound Bath as we rest in Savasana.

    In this journey, we will be progressing through each Chakras with yogic movements and special chakra Crystal and Tibetan bowls. Every movement is guided by sound that greatly enhances our integration into poses.

    Enjoy aromatherapy as we experience full sensory immersion of yoga and sound!

    Anne who is a meta-clinical aromatherapist and talented in a myriad of instruments will also employ tribal and indigenous instruments to allow us to let go of existing mental blocks and inhibitions.
